Last week Cash wanted nothing to do with the rice cereal i was attempting to feed him. he would just let it sit in his mouth and didn't event attempt to chew, swallow or even spit it out. Today however he was totally into it. Even though he was thrusting some of it out of his mouth he was actually making "chewing" motions and swallowing some. I think he ate about half of the cereal i mixed up. He even acted like he wanted more when we were finished. we'll keep trying and get better at it but i can't believe how different his reaction was today toward solid foods.

That's a pretty classic face though. I guess it's the development of the mouth and learning by using it which includes eating?..
he seems to have found his tongue motions for swallowing. he'll be ready for thanksgiving in no time!
